Working in the surveying industry, I wanted to break free from the “two a day” business model. I want to deliver high-quality reporting and customer service, which wasn’t possible in my previous roles due to the workload of a surveyor at a corporate or SME company due to the high output business models.
Delivering a high-quality report is not limited to the report but the service and aftercare following the inspection. My aim is to provide pre-purchase surveys to help buyers make informed decisions. My comprehensive surveys highlight defects that may not have been seen during the viewings of the property, therefore ensuring transparency and peace of mind for my clients.

My services include RICS-templated level 2 and level 3 reports plus a bespoke survey template. I also complete RICS private valuations and specific defect surveys.
I take the time to discuss the property with the client before the inspection to gain an insight into the buyer’s knowledge, my report is then tailored to provide adequate information and insight.
Following the inspection, I will provide a verbal report and highlight key concerns. The report will then be provided by PDF within one week from the date of the inspection, please keep in mind that this period can be shortened, please discuss this when discussing the survey and quote.
